SigmaMemphis Dress for Success

The Brothers of SigmaMemphis are excited to announce a collaborative effort with the Orange Mound library to host an impactful community event titled "Dress For Success," scheduled to take place on July 18. This initiative aims to empower individuals in our community by providing them with the necessary resources to present themselves professionally, which is often a crucial factor in securing employment and advancing in one’s career. The event will feature a variety of activities, including workshops on professional attire, resume building, and interview preparation, ensuring that attendees leave with not only clothing but also the confidence and skills needed for job interviews and workplace environments.

In addition to the event itself, we are actively seeking donations from the community. If you have gently used or new professional clothing that you would like to contribute, your generosity would be greatly appreciated. Items such as suits, dress shirts, blouses, ties, and professional shoes are particularly in demand, as they can significantly enhance the wardrobe of someone preparing to enter or re-enter the workforce. By donating, you play a vital role in helping individuals feel confident and prepared as they embark on their job search journeys.
